We keep our operating locations to local cities such as Berkeley, Oakland, Emeryville, Albany, Kensington and El Cerrito, and occasionally we cross a bridge or two. We are very familiar with Berkeley and Oakland Rent Control ordinances, local housing policies and the rights you as the landlord or tenant may have. We don't give legal advice and we absolutely do not do property management of any type. We offer Vacancy management and leasing only. We are happy to answer the questions you have and we are happy to provide a referral if you need something we don't do.
We offer assistance for international students and residents who plan on living in the San Francisco Bay Area for school or work for the first time! We can suggest amazing options that may fit your needs and assist you with our virtual tours and showings.
